Dragon Balls
To be able to make a wish, you have to collect all 7 Dragon balls. You can make a wish at any dragon as long as they are within the powers of the dragon. After you had your wishes, the Dragon Balls disappear and turn into stone.
Earth Dragon Balls: These dragon balls are made by Kami, after he was seperated from Piccolo. The dragon that appears from these dragon balls is called Shen-Long and can understand the earth's language. He fullfills one wish and can only return one person into life once. Shen-Long is not the most powerfull dragon that there is. When Piccolo and Kami come together again, the Dragon Balls disappear. Dende then makes new ones when he becomes the guardian of the Earth. It takes a year, before the Earth Dragon balls can be used again.
Namekian Dragon Balls: These Dragon balls are made by Guru. Guru is the Eldest Namek. The dragon that appears from these Dragon Balls gives you 3 wishes. And can return one person back to life as long as that person hasn't died of natural causes. The name of the Namekian Dragon is Parunga. He cannot understand Earth's language so he only grandes wishes that are spoken in Namekian. Parunga is the strongest Dragon that comes from the Dragon Balls. It takes 230 days before the Namekian Dragon Balls can be used again.
Black Star Dragon Balls: These dragon balls are the same as the Earth Dragon Balls. Only these arise when Kami and Piccolo are seperated from each other again. If the Black Star Dragon Balls are not collected within a year the earth will explode. The only problem with these Black Star Dragon Balls is that they are scatered all over the universe. That's what GT stands for: Grand Tour. The Black Star Dragon Balls haven't got any special powers.
